A área de Experimentação atua para garantir que decisões estratégicas da Stone sejam tomadas com base em evidências sólidas. Nosso foco é viabilizar e acelerar testes que validem hipóteses de negócio com velocidade, escala e rigor estatístico , tanto no ambiente offline , onde as interações acontecem por meio de nossos agentes comerciais, quanto no online , envolvendo canais digitais e jornadas de produto.
Nossa ambição é operar experimentação em escala industrial , transformando a forma como decisões são tomadas e acelerando a transição da Stone para uma organização AI First .
O Que o Technical Product Manager (TPM) Irá Fazer
- Liderar a evolução da plataforma de experimentação (offline e online), desde o discovery até a operação contínua em escala;
- Estruturar a governança de experimentos, garantindo rigor estatístico, metodologias robustas e integração com os sistemas da Stone;
- Avaliar e decidir entre build vs buy para plataformas de experimentação, considerando integração com dados, AI e produtos digitais;
- Definir o roadmap estratégico de experimentação, priorizando impacto de negócio e alinhamento com a visão de AI e dados da empresa;
- Conduzir alinhamentos executivos e influenciar stakeholders de áreas comerciais, produto e tecnologia;
- Garantir velocidade e escala: inspirar-se em benchmarks globais para atingir dezenas de experimentos semanais, sem abrir mão de qualidade.
- Experiência comprovada em liderar plataformas de experimentação em larga escala (offline e online), desde o desenho metodológico até a implantação em produção;
- Profundo domínio de estatística aplicada e design de experimentos (A/B testing, multivariado, quasi-experimentos, DOE);
- Sólida experiência em programação (R ou Python) para análises, simulações e validações; Conhecimento de arquitetura e ferramentas de experimentação (Amplitude, Growthbook, VWO, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly etc.), com visão crítica de integração no ecossistema de dados e AI;
- Capacidade de traduzir desafios técnicos em decisões estratégicas de produto, comunicando resultados de forma clara e persuasiva para executivos e stakeholders técnicos;
- Gestão avançada de stakeholders complexos, influenciando múltiplas áreas em ambientes de alta ambiguidade.
- Experiência em empresas globais data-driven (Big Techs, fintechs ou plataformas digitais de alto volume);
- Histórico de criação de frameworks de governança de experimentação e definição de métricas organizacionais de sucesso;
- Experiência com sistemas de recomendação e personalização baseados em experimentação (Next Best Action / Next Best Offer);
- Capacidade de liderar times multidisciplinares (engenharia, dados, produto) em torno de uma agenda de experimentação estratégica.
