Employer Industry: Software Development (Sales Enablement) Why consider this job opportunity: Base salary up to $265,300, with On Target Earnings (OTE) up to $379,000 Comprehensive employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) along with 8 paid holidays and 5 paid days for Annual Holiday Week Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a high-performing organization Option to work remotely from various states across the U.S. Access to wellness resources including coaching and therapy services What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead the Customer Success organization, shaping vision and strategy for customer engagement and growth Ensure high-quality customer experiences throughout their lifecycle, driving adoption and retention Develop deep product expertise within the Customer Success team to maximize customer value Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align customer advocacy and expansion efforts Build and inspire a high-performing Customer Success team, implementing scalable processes and metrics What is Required (Qualifications): 12+ years of experience leading Customer Success or post-sales organizations in a SaaS environment 7+ years of direct client management experience with enterprise-level customers Proven track record of owning retention, growth, and customer satisfaction metrics across a large customer base Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and engage with C-level executives Experience with enterprise SaaS technologies (CMS/DMS, CRM platforms such as Salesforce/Dynamics 365) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale global organizations and processes Successful history of hiring, developing, and retaining top talent across leadership and frontline roles Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to change, with a focus on solutions and opportunities Strong technical and product acumen, with the ability to translate customer needs into product strategy Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Services, and Marketing to deliver seamless customer outcomes We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
