**Essential Job Functions**
- Monitor arrival, unloading, cargo presence, and MAPA clearance (via terminal websites);
- Document analysis;
- Clearance with freight forwarders and shipping lines;
- ICMS clearance in case of exemption;
- Issuance of DARJ/GNRE;
- Creation of dossiers in the Single Portal;
- Management reports;
- Sending documents to terminals for cargo release; and
- Sending documents to transport companies.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience recorded in a work permit; and
Basic knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
**Other Skills & Abilities**
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or Logistics;
Basic knowledge of English;
Knowledge of customs legislation;
Knowledge of REPETRO and REPETRO-SPED;
Experience with ANVISA approvals; and
Familiarity with the SISCEX (Ellas) system.
