Transforming People Team Operations The Process Optimization Partner plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and employee experience through technology, automation, and intelligent systems. Evaluate, document, and improve People Team workflows across the employee lifecycle to streamline processes and reduce manual work. Identify automation opportunities using tools like Zapier, Workato, or internal HRIS systems to enhance productivity and accuracy. Partner with HR stakeholders to design and implement AI-driven workflows that reduce operational bottlenecks and improve response times. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a centralized HR knowledge base to support employees and managers by providing easy access to relevant information. Design and implement taxonomy and tagging systems for quick search and smart recommendations to enhance user experience. Define and track key metrics related to process efficiency and automation adoption to measure success. Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience in HR operations, process improvement, or business automation with a strong understanding of HR workflows and employee experience design. Hands-on experience with automation platforms and/or AI assistants or chatbot builders to drive innovation and efficiency. Success in This Role Looks Like: The People Team operates with greater speed, accuracy, and consistency, reducing manual tasks and improving overall efficiency. Employees and managers can easily find answers through AI chatbots and a robust knowledge base, enhancing their experience and productivity. Automation is effectively implemented to eliminate manual tasks and improve workflow processes.
