Serve as the RCF Business Data Steward for the Business Lines in South America.

  • Data stewardship for risk and control data in South America.
Description:
  • Support RCPs in 1LoR in Brazil, Chile, and Argentina, as well as FLR, by executing guidance from South America RCA Lead and providing training.
  • Monitor risks and controls, support risk mitigation, and produce data quality reports.
  • Continuously monitor risk tools (e.g., Archer) to identify improvements.
  • Produce risk assessment and control evaluation reports, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Participate in meetings to align risk and control owners.
  • Support alignment between global RCA and regional 1LoR, 2LoR, and 3LoR.
  • Assist in periodic and ad-hoc reviews of the Risk Control Matrix.
  • Help implement strategic demands and perform root cause analysis of incidents and findings.
Main Requirements:
  • Solid knowledge of risk management in banking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with thorough and complete work.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Empathy and focus on supporting team needs.
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills.
