**About You**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage onboarding and project timelines for clients who are either converting from another software, or may be brand new businesses
- Facilitate personalized online product training that is tailored to the client’s business needs
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any onboarding related issues
- Promote and maintain our high levels of WellnessLiving professionalism and awesomeness
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bilingual English/Portuguese
- 2-3 years of experience working in a technical/training role that required you to flex your communication and organization muscles
- Proven ability to problem solve and teach others
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Can (and loves) to work in a fast paced environment
- Quick learner who can graspnew software quickly
- Intermediate MS Word and Excel
