Job Title Sales Executive – Key Accounts We are seeking a Sales Executive to serve as our strategic partner with major retail clients. This role is essential for expanding our brand presence and achieving ambitious sales and volume targets across all categories. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: Establish and maintain collaborative, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at major clients. Conduct strategic visit planning focused on optimizing sales and developing the potential of each account. Sales Performance and Results: Guardian of sales quotas in their area, ensuring achievement and surpassing of volume and revenue objectives. Drive sales volume across all product categories. Execution and Implementation at the Point of Sale: Ensure registration and rapid introduction of new products and launches in retail chains. Develop and implement in-store sales activities and plans that drive brand visibility and purchase conversion. Market Intelligence and Negotiation: Remain constantly updated on market dynamics, including pricing policies, promotions, and stock levels. Use this information to support strategic, high-impact negotiations with clients. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. Basic English skills. Commercial/trade marketing experience in consumer goods companies (desired). Experience managing major retail accounts. Intermediate proficiency in Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets. Familiarity with research analysis tools (Nielsen, IMS, GFK, Kantar) (desired). Residence in Cuiaba.
