Job Title: Account Sales Strategist Sales Executive - Key Accounts position is available for a highly motivated and skilled professional. The role of the Account Sales Strategist will be to establish long-term relationships with major retail clients, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to drive sales volume across all product categories. Responsibilities: Collaborate with key decision-makers at major clients to build strong relationships and drive business growth. Conduct market analysis and develop strategic plans to optimize sales performance and increase revenue. Manage sales quotas, track progress, and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and execute in-store sales activities and promotions to drive brand visibility and purchase conversion. Remain up-to-date on market dynamics, including pricing policies, promotions, and stock levels. Use this information to support high-impact negotiations with clients. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Basic English skills required. Commercial/trade marketing experience in consumer goods companies (desired). Experience managing major retail accounts. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets. Familiarity with research analysis tools (Nielsen, IMS, GFK, Kantar) (desired). Reside in Cuiaba, Brazil.
