Descrição da vaga
Responsável pelo planejamento de demanda (S&OP);
Reuniões de Revisão de Demanda Regional com diretores e LATAM;
Ponto de contato para organização comercial;
Traduzir a dinâmica dos negócios nos planos de demanda;
Gerenciamento de estoque;
Monitorar, analisar e desafiar a qualidade dos planos de demanda local e LATAM;
Impulsionar a melhoria contínua da precisão da previsão;
Processar as mudanças na demanda no operacional e tático;
Facilitar o processo de gerenciamento de cenários;
Coordenar as atividades relacionadas ao processo de restrição e alocação;
Responsável por desenvolver painéis e relatórios de KPI e compartilhar com as partes interessadas usando MSTR e outras ferramentas;
Liderar e participar de projetos multidisciplinares com clientes para aumentar a previsibilidade das necessidades de clientes e parceiros de canal de distribuição;
Fornecer insights e documentos de decisão sobre desenvolvimentos quantitativos e qualitativos por meio de relatórios periódicos (S&OP, orçamento, RF e LRP) e ad hoc e/ou análises, com base em diretrizes de relatórios para impulsionar o ciclo PDCA 5;
Observar e avaliar gargalos, identificar oportunidades e conduzir ações de melhoria nos processos de planejamento de demanda e consolidação de demanda, sistemáticas de planejamento, procedimentos e/ou sistemas, e garantir a implementação de melhorias após aprovação;
Key user para ferramentas e processos relevantes;
Gerenciar partes interessadas (internas e externas);
Garantir a melhor experiência do cliente (perguntas, tratamento de reclamações, entregas OTIF);
Modelo de trabalho híbrido.
Perfil desejado
Conhecimento em SAP - Módulo APO (mandatório);
Ensino superior completo em administração, engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
Inglês fluente;
Espanhol Avançado (diferencial);
Conhecimento em Pacote Office.
