**Group Product Manager - Antecipação de Recebíveis, Marketplaces and Open Finance**
Adyen is looking for an Experienced Group Product Manager who will define the strategy and accelerate Adyen's products build in the Financial Segment, with primary focus on "Antecipação de Recebíveis". This person will design and launch the product with the need to understand deeply the market dynamic while making it in conformity with Adyen global guidances and frameworks. The scalability of this product requires deep understanding of the payment industry and financial background to assure values such as automation, regulatory compliance and a price dynamic that is competitive in the market sustained by high valued partners.
The primary focus of this role is Brazil, but we do keep up with products globally.
You will build and execute Adyen's "Antecipação de Recebíveis" product management, defining its business and technical requirements, roadmap and integrations (internal & external). Also, you will work close to different teams inside Adyen (dev, finance, partnerships, commercial, compliance, risk) to keep all teams's engagement and aligned with product's strategy.
As part of this dynamic, this person will also be responsible for all product development and improvements regarding regulation 4734, keeping the relationship with all receivable chambers and its interdependencies.
This person will also lead Adyen launch for platforms and marketplaces. The focus is enabling:
- Seamless onboarding experiences
- Flexible payment flows between buyers and sellers
- Fast and multi-faceted global payout experience
This role requires a blend of skills including: knowledge about financial services (Advancements and/or Credit), solid product management background, and an overall desire to be an accelerator for our business.
**What you'll do**:
- Build Adyen's Advancement Product (Antecipação de Recebíveis) strategy and requirements.
- Define, prioritise and execute product roadmap aligned with Adyen and Merchant's needs.
- Develop and maintain relationship with key issuers and receivable chambers
- Develop and execute programs to further Adyen's strategic goals and overall positioning in key markets and segments.
- Provide your expertise in discussing global financial services trends, rules, and regulations with internal stakeholders.
**Who you are**:
- 10+ years experience in the payment industry (in large acquirers that offer financial services as a product)
- A product builder with leadership experience
- Previous experience in launching products for marketplaces / building split payments and platforms
- Proven experience in regulatory affairs, exposed to discussions with Central Bank and Abecs
- Analytically strong and not afraid to deep dive into unexplored topics
- You can formulate a vision and are able to develop, adapt, and execute short and medium-term strategy for financial products;
- Knowledgeable in financial products such as advancements, credit, financing, receivables management and related.
- Good understanding of the payments landscape, with the critical thinking skills to comprehend and interpret emerging trends.
- Effective and self-sufficient with the ability to operate comfortably and independently within a complex global environment.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
