The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.

Qual será a sua missão

Responsável por conduzir todo setup de capacidade operacional, gestão de TPH por turno/hora, balanceamento de headcount entre áreas buscando a melhoria contínua e execução de processos eficientes para T2. Participar de todas as frentes de planejamento a curto prazo junto a operação e áreas pares na co-criação de ferramentas de performance e sistema.

Como será o seu dia a dia
  • Responsável por liderar e conduzir todos os controles operacionais de produtividade, SLA, TPH por subprocesso, alinhando alavancas com toda a cadeia no curto prazo do T2.
  • Responsável por criar indicadores de produtividade e planos de melhoria contínua para eficiência, tecnologia e sistemas, trabalhando em conjunto com áreas pares do negócio como produto, IT, Inbound, Outbound e ICQA.
  • Realizar análises de turnos e HC curto e longo prazo conectando com as áreas chaves da cadeia.
  • Realizar o planejamento de insumos operativos da operação e recebimento dos fornecedores (recebimento carteira pedidos).
Requirements:

O que você precisa para assumir o desafio:

  • Graduação em Engenharia, Administração, Economia, Logística e áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência na função;
  • Perfil analítico;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar 100% presencial em Franco da Rocha/SP.
  • Disponibilidade trabalhar em escala 5x2 em turno (manhã, tarde ou noite).
