Sales Training Support Analyst

What You’ll Do:
- Administrative support: training agenda management, booking rooms, managing vendors, creating business processes, and events logistics for training and meetings.
- Help analyze data to improve sales strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the execution of sales campaigns, pricing updates, and promotional activities.
- Track and follow up on leads and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery to clients.
What We Need From You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in sales operations, customer success, or administrative roles—preferably in the tech, food delivery, or e-commerce industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
