What You'll Do:
- Administrative support: training agenda management, booking rooms, managing vendors, creating business processes, and events logistics for training and meetings;
- Help analyze data to improve sales strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Support the execution of sales campaigns, pricing updates, and promotional activities;
- Track and follow up on leads and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date;
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery to clients;
What We Need From You:
- Bachelor's degree on in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field;
- Experience in sales operations, customer success, or administrative roles—preferably in the tech, food delivery, or e-commerce industries;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
