Omoda & Jaecoo
is an innovative new brand under the Chery Group, operating independently from other Chery brands. It focuses on cutting-edge design and technology in the production and sales of passenger vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and coordinate training programs for dealerships, ensuring effective budget control for the Training area.
- Define the Sales & After-Sales Training Path for dealers to enhance skill development and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of all training programs, recommending improvements when needed.
- Develop strategies and deliver New Product Training for Sales and After-Sales dealer staff.
- Manage training enrollments, schedule sessions, and organize all necessary resources to ensure seamless program execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and delivering training programs, including Sales, After-Sales, Product Launch, and Automotive Technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Intermediate English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing structured training paths.
Location and work-mode:
- 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi)
