We are seeking a curious, results-driven, and quality-conscious Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid-Level) with a growth mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will love solving problems using Python, Django, React, and other state-of-the-art technologies. DEPARTMENT: Engineering LOCATION: Anywhere remotely from Brazil WHAT YOU GET TO DO: Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to design and develop the product’s functionalities. You build it, you own it: together with other team members, be responsible for the whole lifecycle of our product and features, from the conception, specification, development, testing, and maintenance. Build modular, efficient and scalable systems using React and Python/Django following standards and best practices, with guidance of more experienced engineers when needed. Evaluate trade-offs of different solutions, collaborating to address both technical and business needs. Discuss good practices for software development and feel comfortable suggesting contributions to our set of internal guidelines and shared code. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2-5 years of experience with software development in a company, with a mix of backend (Python) and frontend (React). Experience with modern frontend development practices and frameworks. Experience building scalable backend of web applications. You know how to dig into the code that may be causing the outstanding issue, and work to resolve any issues that come up – even if you didn't write it. Someone who is passionate about solving problems and delivering impact. You're a pragmatic engineer, always willing to ask questions and eager to learn more.
