Cost Optimization Specialist

This role involves overseeing the analysis and management of costs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

  • Spearhead detailed cost analyses across departments, leveraging market trends to forecast future needs.
  • Develop actionable plans for reducing costs and track budget execution, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Align strategic objectives with company-wide initiatives, adapting plans based on market insights.
  • Promote a culture of performance excellence by defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Design and implement tailored training programs to enhance team collaboration and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project execution from planning to evaluation, ensuring efficiency and impact.
  2. Liaise with cross-functional teams to align project goals, fostering open communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Financial Management or Industrial Administration is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in similar industries, with strong hands-on exposure.
  • Leadership experience managing teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and their application in business analysis.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
