Service Delivery Coordinator - Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals Join us as a Service Delivery Coordinator, responsible for selling and servicing chemical delivery systems and supporting customers in the oilfield & industrial chemicals sector. Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing all aspects of production chemistry supply and service contracts to ensure successful delivery to our customers Providing on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering, commercial and operational queries Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing chemical treatment programs to support the production operations group Preparing technical reviews and proposals of new chemical solutions to share with our customers Prospecting for new accounts to build the customer base in the area of responsibility Organizing routine production chemical reviews and selection activities to verify changing customer needs Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries Serving as the primary contact for the client for job preparation, execution and close‑out, ensuring business success for Baker Hughes Being familiar with the assigned client’s MOC/escalation process to ensure proper procedures are followed when risks arise Promptly escalating issues that can impact service delivery Ensuring invoices align with contract/quote, preventing revenue leakage and ensuring timely cash collection Qualifications: Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field More than 5 years of experience in Oilfield Chemicals Upstream & Downstream Knowledge of process optimization and production chemistry Self‑starter who proactively solves problems and provides effective resolutions Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Baker Hughes Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
