Our Completions Team partners with on-site operators and customers on well operations to ensure clients receive optimal capacity and value.Partner with the bestAs a Service Delivery Personnel and Competency Coordinator ensures flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to the activity requirements (short, mid and long term), personnel competence levels and personnel availability.As a Service Delivery Personnel and Competency Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Monitoring and optimizing personnel utilization whilst minimizing overtimeAssigning crews to jobs and initiated coordinate mobilization and de-mobilizationdeveloping the training and competence strategiesCreating development plansCoordinating competence assessment and monitoring progression and training complianceFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have bachelor's degree or be studying Production Engineering.Have experience in a similar roleHave excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and PortugueseHave good team working and communication skillsDemonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teamsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
