With a consultative and strategic approach, you will be responsible for building a robust and qualified pipeline, ensuring an exceptional experience from the first contact. Make the first contact with new leads, qualifying them and presenting Vixtra's solutions; Interact with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms; Generate value for clients and ensure a smooth transition to the closers team; Contribute to the client activation process, promoting a strong connection between them and the sales team; Update records on client status and activities, ensuring organization and visibility of the pipeline. Requirements: Proven experience as a BDR; Experience with CRM tools: Hubspot, Salesforce, and others; Familiarity with outbound pre-sales methodologies; Excellent verbal and written communication; Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; Analytical vision and results-oriented; Degree in Commercial Management, Administration, or related fields.
