Sua missão como BDR Pleno: Identificar e qualificar clientes potenciais, estabelecendo conexões significativas e apresentando soluções alinhadas às necessidades de cada cliente. Com uma abordagem consultiva e estratégica, você será responsável por construir um pipeline robusto e qualificado, garantindo uma experiência excepcional desde o primeiro contato. Perfil ideal: Procuramos profissionais experientes em vendas B2B e outbound, que demonstrem adaptabilidade, que buscam aprendizado e possuem capacidade de integrar-se à nossa cultura colaborativa.
O que você fará no dia a dia:
- Realizar o primeiro contato com novos leads, qualificando-os e apresentando as soluções da Vixtra;
- Interagir com prospects via telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail, LinkedIn e outras plataformas;
- Gerar valor para os clientes e garantir uma transição para o time de closers;
- Contribuir para o processo de ativação dos clientes, promovendo uma conexão forte entre eles e o time de vendas;
- Atualizar registros sobre o status dos clientes e atividades realizadas, assegurando organização e visibilidade do pipeline.
- Experiência comprovada como BDR;
- Experiência com ferramentas de CRM: Hubspot, Salesforce e outros;
- Familiaridade com metodologias de pré-vendas outbound;
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma e colaborativa;
- Visão analítica e orientação para resultados;
- Graduação em Gestão Comercial, Administração e áreas correlatas.
