We’re looking for a strategic and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner based in Brazil to help us grow our LATAM teams and support hiring across all business units . You'll play a critical role in identifying top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and leading the full‑cycle recruiting process. This is a high-impact role with room for ownership, creativity, and collaboration across our global hubs, with a primary focus on recruiting in Brazil and all of LATAM. Please note this is a hybrid role working 3 days/week from our São Paulo office. About The Role Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across LATAM. Conduct initial screenings, in-depth interviews, and manage candidate pipelines through to hire. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and team dynamics. Act as a trusted talent advisor, sharing market insights and data‑driven recommendations. Write compelling job descriptions tailored to local markets and business needs. Source top talent through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, local platforms, and creative outreach methods. Build a strong and diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Champion a world‑class candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and culture. Continuously optimize processes and suggest improvements based on metrics and feedback. Requirements 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech or a fast‑paced startup environment. Demonstrated success in managing full‑cycle recruitment across a variety of roles. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively. Experience working with international teams and adapting to cross‑cultural environments. Strong sourcing skills with a creative approach to engaging passive talent. Skilled in various interview techniques (structured, behavioral, etc.). Comfortable with HR systems, ATS tools ("e.g. Greenhouse, Lever"), and other recruitment platforms. Excellent communication in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
