**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Plans, organizes and manages the actions of the clients under its responsibility, developing strategies and actions to achieve and / or exceed the objectives established by the Company, respecting the commercial policy and maintaining the sustainable growth of its Business Division.
Ensure the development of the human resources under its responsibility.

**Your Impact**
As Gerente Divisional OT - Diretoria SPE your scope would consist of:
- Analyze the sales indicators of the total Division and by customer, making the quarterly evaluations of the business plans and aligning the necessary corrections to achieve the plan.
- Identify customer needs and offer the best solutions to maximize and optimize results.
- Contribute to the development of an efficient demand plan.
- Responsible for the qualification, development and motivation of the sales team.
- Manage investments (provided for in contracts and specific trade actions), ensuring the best use of these resources in accordance with company rules.
- Develop calendar of promotional activities aligned with the company's strategies, managing agreements commercial (contracts) to guarantee the growth of traded volumes, as well as to strengthen the commercial partnership.
- Support the Sales Manager team, periodically the credit situation of its customers, acting proactively with the credit and collection department, and inform any financial abnormalities of them.
- Ensure sustainable implementation of the Perfect Store program, every day in all stores.
- Manage the percentage of exchanges, D&A and bonus in each of the clients regarding their management.
- Manage all Smart Spending accounts under your responsibility.
- Ensure the achievement of your team's People Cost budget.
- Develop the team under your direct responsibility following the PepsiCo Growth and Development Model and The Pepscio Way.
Qualifications:
**¿Who Are We Looking For?**
- ** Key Skills**: Complete college degree in Marketing, Administration, Economics or related areas.
- Postgraduate and / or MBA in related areas.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- CNH category B.
- Desirable Intermediate English.
- 03 to (05 years) experience in multi-category Sales Leadership positions serving medium and large customers.
- Preferably in consumer goods / food companies, acting as a direct and indirect team manager.
- Differentiation between function levels: will be defined according to the function's know-how, Spam of control, weight of the region and customers, billing.
- Ability to lead sales teams in an inspiring way.
- Business ability to manage large regional accounts.
- Potential to develop strategic sales plans.
