Primary purpose of position involves direct management and oversight of multiple supplier contractual relationships for Dining, Conferencing, Hospitality, Reception and Concierge services provided to Citi Sao Paulo. The role reports to the Regional Head of NAM/LATAM of GHS Services. Services delivered include:
- Client Dining
- Conference Center Services
- Centralized Reservation
- Reception & Hospitality Services
**Job Background/context**:
Total Operational and Financial responsibilities encompassing Dining, Conferencing and & Hospitality Services Department partnering with multiple suppliers and businesses to provide a wide array of core amenity products including food, beverage, and Hospitality across Citi Brazil. Manage the Citi expenditures and approved any subsidy cost associated with the services. Responsible for capital project design, scope, and budgets with the opening of amenities in Citi. In addition, provide resources and direction to key stakeholder to align amenities with CRS consolidation across Brazil.
**Sao Paulo**
Directly responsible for Citi Brazil overseeing Client Dining, Conferencing, Reception & Hospitality operations. Also, responsible for developing, reporting, monitoring of expenditures. Provide technical and professional support for three Suppliers RFP, MIS & analysis. Manage design build-out and equipment specifications for dining and conferencing facility construction and rehab projects.

Manage and oversee services and amenities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide food and beverage management expertise, as required. Develop standards, policies and procedures for all services and amenities that is consistent to meets the highest standards
- Approve food and beverage programs and any expenditures related to services
- Manage supplier contracts and financials and drive cost reduction measures to meet tight budgets
- Coordinate and implement design of new amenities and rehab dining facility projects with Regional Head involvement and approval
- Manage buildouts and program expenses and supervise program rollouts with Regional Head input and approval
- Ensure superior service quality and program standards are maintained. Monitor service and quality standards through local resources
- Analyze operational and financial MIS for cost analysis and benchmarking
- Realize leverage opportunities with selected approved foodservice suppliers
- Reporting of management information including quality and volume metrics and active management to ensure that service standards are achieved
- Interface with CRS/CSIS management to ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained as outlined by national dining policy
- Manage facility related services (I.e., cleaning, equipment repair and maintenance) when and where applicable
- Develop appropriate Policy & Procedure Manual specifically for each business service function (s)
**Qualifications**:
- Ten (10) years foodservice and hospitality management professional background & experience
- Significant operational experience in related or similar areas (i.e. executive and food & beverage services) ideally within the Financial, Food Service & Hospitality Industry
- Understanding of Food Service contracts and legal terms
- People and performance management experience
- Considerable vendor management experience
- Experience of client liaison or relationship management
- Broad knowledge of financial services products and environment
- Fundamental understanding of process & controls
- Experience of managing complex change management projects
**Education**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations in fine dining and large-scale conference catering
- Experience in identifying and enhancing the user experience in a large-scale business setting
- Other Professional Certifications/Affiliations and/or Training would be an advantage, but not required
