Job Purpose: To secure O&M service contracts by developing and delivering competitive O&M solutions, supporting project sales.Key Responsibilities:1. Design, maintain, and update the company’s O&M service offerings.2. Gather and accurately interpret customer requirements.3. Review and provide insights on project RFP documents.4. Develop tailored O&M solutions for specific projects.5. Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.6. Provide technical input for cost estimation and financial planning.7. Participate in client meetings to promote the company’s O&M services.8. Support and/or engage in contract negotiations.9. Define O&M service KPIs and propose service quality improvement plans.10. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Requirements:1. Experience in the wind power industry is required.2. Fluent in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written).3. Ability to work effectively under pressure.4. Open-minded with strong cross-cultural collaboration skills.5. Preferred qualifications:o International work experienceo Engineering degree or related technical backgroundo Knowledge of business, finance, or legal aspect
