Brazil O&M Solutions Manager

Job Purpose: To secure O&M service contracts by developing and delivering competitive O&M solutions, supporting project sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, maintain, and update the company's O&M service offerings.
Gather and accurately interpret customer requirements.
Review and provide insights on project RFP documents.
Develop tailored O&M solutions for specific projects.
Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Provide technical input for cost estimation and financial planning.
Participate in client meetings to promote the company's O&M services.
Support and/or engage in contract negotiations.
Define O&M service KPIs and propose service quality improvement plans.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience in the wind power industry is required.
Fluent in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written).
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Open-minded with strong cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications:
o International work experience
o Engineering degree or related technical background
o Knowledge of business, finance, or legal aspect
