Our innovative Cobot Welding Cell systems integrate robotics, AI, and intelligent control to deliver next-generation automation that enhances precision, safety, and productivity.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead Huayan Robotics' Cobot Welding Cell business in Brazil. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and technically competent professional with both sales experience and a solid understanding of industrial robotics and welding processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales and market development strategy for Huayan's Cobot Welding Cell solutions in Brazil.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in key sectors such as automotive, machinery, construction, and metalworking.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers, distributors, and system integrators, ensuring long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from lead generation and product presentation to negotiation and closing.
  • Provide customers with technical guidance on welding applications (MIG, TIG, Laser) and robotic system integration.
  • Collaborate closely with Huayan's engineering, application, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
  • Represent Huayan Robotics at local trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in sales of robotics, automation, or welding systems.
  • Solid knowledge of robotic arms, PLC programming, Python, and SDK integration.
  • Understanding of welding technologies — MIG, TIG, and Laser welding.
  • Strong technical and business communication skills; able to explain automation solutions effectively.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (required).
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote role.
  • Must be a Brazilian Citizen, residing anywhere in Brazil (remote position).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Brazil (50–70%).

Pay: R$85, R$136,475.00 per year
