Brazil's iGaming market is expanding fast and Zimpler is investing to lead the way. We are looking for a driven Sales and Account Manager who knows the Brazilian operator landscape and can open doors, build long lasting partnerships and drive meaningful commercial growth. If you thrive in fast moving markets, work independently and have a strong network with licensed operators, this is your chance to shape Zimpler's presence in one of our most important regions.

This Is What You Will Do

  • Drive new business activities with licensed iGaming operators in Brazil, from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Build and manage a strong portfolio of existing clients and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that support Zimpler's expansion goals in Brazil.
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities and deliver tailored commercial proposals.
  • Forecast revenue, maintain an accurate sales pipeline and work with CRM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with compliance, product and support teams to secure smooth onboarding and ongoing operations.
  • Represent Zimpler during client meetings, events and key market activities.

This Is What You're Good At

  • Proven experience, minimum 3 to 5 years, in iGaming sales or account management, preferably within Brazil or LATAM.
  • Strong local network among licensed sportsbooks, casinos or gaming platforms.
  • Track record of closing deals with senior decision makers and delivering on ambitious commercial targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast moving and evolving market environment.
  • Excellent relationship building, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, KYC, AML and responsible gaming requirements.
  • Native level Portuguese and strong English skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes.

You will join our commercial organisation and work closely with our LATAM leadership team, product specialists and compliance colleagues. The role has a direct impact on Zimpler's growth in Brazil and offers significant ownership of market development. You will operate with high autonomy and be a key representative of Zimpler in one of our most important expansion markets.
