We are looking for a Sales Manager – Brazil to execute and grow GeneMind's commercial strategy in the country. This role is focused on strategic accounts, market development, and partnership management, operating under a direct and hybrid business model.
The position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager LATAM and works closely with global HQ teams, local partners, and key customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute GeneMind's sales strategy in Brazil across direct and partner-led opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with key strategic accounts in clinical diagnostics, research, and public health.
• Coordinate and align activities with local partners and distributors, ensuring clear roles and execution.
• Lead commercial discussions, including value positioning and pricing strategy, for complex sales opportunities.
• Work closely with Field Service and Applications teams to support validations, implementations, and post-sales activities.
• Represent GeneMind in customer meetings, workshops, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and market intelligence.
What We're Looking For
• Experience in sales or business development within life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, or genomics.
• Proven ability to manage complex, long-cycle sales and institutional customers.
• Experience working with distributors or hybrid commercial models is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in evolving environments with high ownership and accountability.
