Leadership Opportunity in Intelligent Cockpit Systems Lead the development of complex automotive programs, driving alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure timely issue resolution. Develop project workstreams, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet critical milestones. Balance technical expertise with strategic decision-making to drive program success. Navigate large-scale projects involving multiple functional groups, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Define tactical approaches to maintain deliverables and timelines, motivating teams to achieve objectives. Establish key metrics to measure program success and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Foster a culture of collaboration across engineering, product development, and cross-functional teams. Demonstrate strong leadership by managing through influence and empowering teams to excel. Qualifications and Skills 7-8 years of experience in the automotive industry, focusing on IVI or ADAS systems. Proven track record of successful program management, covering software, hardware, and manufacturing processes. PMP certification highly desirable, along with a Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Strong familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ASPICE) and Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS). Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese required. Ability to adapt to diverse cultures and time zones, with a proactive mindset thriving in fast-paced environments.
