Startups Program Manager, SUP Investor Managers Join to apply for the Startups Program Manager, SUP Investor Managers role at Amazon Web Services (AWS) We invite you to lead complex programs that enable AWS to better serve the global startup ecosystem. You will be a Senior Program Manager within the AWS Startup team, responsible for managing strategic programs that support Investor Management and GTM Acceleration initiatives. Key Responsibilities Define and establish program management best practices for global Startup initiatives and develop strategic program frameworks for investor engagement and GTM programs. Create and implement comprehensive measurement systems to track and improve program effectiveness. Design and manage complex programs for strategic investor engagement (VC, seed, accelerator partnerships), global GTM acceleration initiatives (partner co‑sell, marketplace programs), and technical innovation programs (founder enablement, architecture reviews). Drive cross‑organizational alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. Lead operational improvements across multiple teams and organizations. About The Team Amazon values diverse experiences. Experience managing cross‑functional projects and initiatives. Experience owning program strategy and end‑to‑end delivery. Bachelor’s degree. Fluent in English. Experience leading program strategy and organizational change. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing strategies influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level. Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership. Deep experience in cloud computing or enterprise technology. Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and venture capital landscape. Track record of implementing successful programs at an organizational scale. Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. Experience managing programs across global organizations.
