As a Senior Program Manager within the AWS Startup team, you will be responsible for managing complex, strategic programs that support our Investor Management and GTM Acceleration initiatives. You’ll work across organizations to define and implement mechanisms that drive startup success through various stages of growth. Key job responsibilities Define and establish program management best practices for global Startup initiatives, own and develop strategic program frameworks for investor engagement and GTM programs. Create and implement comprehensive measurement systems to track and improve program effectiveness. Design and manage complex programs for: Strategic investor engagement (VC, Seed, Accelerator partnerships). Global GTM (go-to-market) acceleration initiatives (Partner co-sell, marketplace programs). Technical innovation programs (founder enablement, architecture reviews). Drive cross-organizational alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
