Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking a skilled cloud infrastructure architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable architectures, automating deployment processes, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure infrastructure scalability and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and secure architecture for cloud-based applications and services.

  • Automate deployment processes using DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker.

  • Optimize resource allocation to ensure high-performance and cost-effective infrastructure operations.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and logs to provide real-time visibility into infrastructure performance and health.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure improvements.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and proactively suggest and implement improvements to drive innovation within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Kubernetes mastery, with proven experience designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.

  • Multi-cloud expertise, with deep understanding of at least one primary cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience managing infrastructure on bare-metal servers.

  • Infrastructure at scale, with demonstrated ability to architect and manage infrastructure that can scale horizontally and vertically, supporting a growing user base and increasing traffic.

  • Cost optimization and resource management, with strong focus on optimizing infrastructure to balance performance and cost.

  • Proficiency in scripting and automation, with experience in tools like Bash and Python.

  • Monitoring and observability, with deep understanding of best practices for monitoring, logging, and observability, and experience with tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

  • Problem-solving mindset, with ability to thrive on solving complex problems and constantly look for ways to improve system reliability, performance, and efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with media processing, with familiarity with video and audio processing, streaming, or related technologies.

  • Familiarity with the Node.js environment and applications at scale.

  • Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
