Location: Remote, based in Brazil

Compensation: R$ 9,000 reais/month (PJ)

We are a U.S.-based luxury interior design firm seeking a Senior Licensed Interiors Architect located in Brazil to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Principal Designer on high-end residential projects in the United States, with a strong focus on creativity, organization, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate remotely with the Principal Designer on project vision, architectural plans, and execution strategy.
  • Draft and develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for interior layouts, millwork, and finishes.
  • Create and maintain specification books with detailed information on materials, finishes, and FF&E selections.
  • Assist in sourcing finishes and FF&E through our vendor library.
  • Prepare mood boards and presentation documents that clearly communicate design intent.
  • Ensure architectural detailing aligns with interior design goals and project standards.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Architect in Brazil with a strong academic and professional background.
  • Minimum of 8 years professional experience in architecture and interior detailing.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, able to produce technical drawings independently and efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of interior architectural detailing and FF&E sourcing.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with U.S. interior design and construction standards.
  • Experience with high-end residential or hospitality projects.
  • Knowledge of procurement software (e.g., Studio Designer) is a plus.

Contract Type: PJ - 40 hours/week

Compensation: R$ 9,000 reais/month
