About the Role The Account Manager will be a member of the high-growth Latam Commercial team within S&P Globals Market Intelligence division. The role involves managing global multi-stakeholder relationships with companies leading innovation and disruption across industries, driving revenue for SaaS products, data feeds, and sustainability reporting services. Responsibilities and Impact Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives of client organizations. Develop and execute account strategies and commercial campaigns to enhance client engagement. Stay current with industry news and issues to facilitate credible and meaningful conversations with clients. Coordinate and lead product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Work alongside the sales team to negotiate contract renewals, terms, and pricing adjustments. Oversee the contract execution process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. Engage in strategic planning for key accounts in conjunction with Sales Executives to align on goals and objectives. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's Degree. At least 4 years experience in a sales or entrepreneurial role. Goal oriented and competitive with an ability to work towards revenue targets within a business development environment. Interest in understanding a client's business and consulting to suggest solutions that solve business issues. Experience handling challenging situations such as objection handling and overcoming internal obstacles. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM databases. Strong interpersonal communication skills, confidence in public speaking. Fluent English (must) and Intermediate Spanish.
