Dexa is seeking talented designers to create innovative projects for our clients. The ideal candidate should possess a clean and functional style, along with extensive experience in designing desktop and mobile interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Be capable of executing all stages of a project, from concept to handoff to the development team.
  • Conceptualize and implement ideas that bring simplicity to highly complex projects.
  • Create wireframes, flows, and sitemaps that effectively communicate proposed design ideas.
  • Be able to present and defend your ideas and projects to colleagues, directors, and clients.
  • Establish and promote best design practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UX designer focused on desktop and mobile applications.
  • Demonstrated experience through a strong portfolio (submit along with your résumé).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Skills in creating large-scale interaction systems.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently and quickly.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and web technologies.
