Growth Marketer – Global Running Company (Part-Time) Hi… My name is Lena, and I am the founder of Go Running Tours. This is not your usual job post. The new Growth Marketer will be responsible for all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Our current markets are growing rapidly, and we are constantly looking for new channels and markets to sell our services. Responsibilities Guide the end‑to‑end email marketing strategy, including drafting newsletters, building smart automation flows, and optimizing performance through data analysis. Own all digital advertising efforts: plan and run campaigns on Meta and Google, explore new platforms, and maintain focus on metrics that move the needle. Create compelling case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas that help reach new runners, new companies, and new destinations. Research new technology, trends, and ways of doing things to continuously improve processes and generate growth. Work directly with the founder to set priorities, track progress, and keep momentum high across remote, global teams. Qualifications Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving. Creative copywriting skills and ability to craft clear, engaging content. Experience in email marketing, automation tools, and data‑driven optimization. Proven capability in managing paid media on Meta and Google or similar platforms. Excellent collaboration skills and a “fast‑mover” attitude with a clear execution focus. Contract Details USD 1,400 a month 25 hrs a week Contract managed via Upwork We work remotely with only 2–3 hours of internal meetings per week. The role is part‑time and not intended to overlap with a full‑time job. The focus is on execution, collaboration, and growth, not on earning a massive salary.
