Iteratively research new technologies, trends and tactics, applying data‑driven experimentation to discover growth opportunities. Create case studies, evaluate sponsorship opportunities and pitch bold ideas to attract new runners and corporate partners. Collaborate closely with me and the global team, attending 2‑3 internal meetings per week and communicating primarily via Slack. Qualifications & Mindset Analytical and structured thinker with a creative flair for copywriting. Fast mover who thrives on research, learning, testing and scaling. Strong email‑marketing focus—optimising flows, building smart automations, and digging into data. Excellent execution skills; the ability to drive projects to completion without constant micromanagement. Commitment to a balanced work life—25‑hour week, remote work, no expectation of 60‑hour weeks. Contract Details USD 1,400 per month 25 hours per week Managed via Upwork Contract starting immediately; the job post will be taken down in 3‑4 days. Work Environment Remote work for a global team. Meetings are limited to 2–3 hours weekly; the rest of the time is dedicated to deep work. Slack keeps the team connected, and you will have direct access to me for support and guidance.
