Deliver Exceptional Service

  • We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our delivery operations, focusing on rider performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve on-time delivery rates, enhance order fulfillment, and maintain high-quality service standards.
  2. Create incentivization programs to encourage riders to deliver excellent service, such as scoring systems and recognition schemes.
  3. Design differentiated assessment plans for various capacity types and business models to ensure consistent quality during fulfillment.
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, developing training programs and control systems to reduce violations and enhance performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and operations is required, with a preference for candidates with food delivery experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in advanced English and Portuguese is highly desirable.
  • Mastery of data analysis software is essential.
