Logistics Operations Excellence Manager We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations leadership, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through process improvements and data-driven decision making. About the Role: Innovative Problem Solver: Develop and implement strategic solutions to improve rider performance, optimize delivery experiences, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Rider Evaluation Expert: Design and execute differentiated evaluation plans to ensure service quality and meet business needs. Data Analysis Master: Analyze delivery-related data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Collaborative Leader: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure seamless execution. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in food delivery companies. Proven problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing successful solutions. Advanced proficiency in data analytics and data-driven decision making. Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher). Mastery of data analysis software. Bonus Skills: Portuguese language skills (C1 level or higher). Experience with project management methodologies.
