The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freight Forwarding Branch Manager to lead operations at our Sao Paulo branch. In this role, you will: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth import/export processes. Drive customer satisfaction and foster strong client relationships. Manage branch financial performance and develop strategies for growth. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards . Lead and mentor a high-performing team. What We’re Looking For Proven expertise in freight forwarding, international trade, and customs. Strong experience in managing ocean, air, truckload, and customs logistics . Skilled in import/export processes and customer service excellence . Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities . Solid understanding of industry compliance standards . Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field . Minimum 5 years of relevant leadership experience. Why ACF Global?
