Responsibilities Plan and execute well stimulation operations (e.g., acidizing, hydraulic fracturing) in offshore environments. Supervise field operations to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. Monitor real-time data and adjust treatment parameters as needed to ensure job success. Prepare post-job reports, analyze treatment effectiveness, and recommend improvements. Provide technical support during job design and execution. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and HSE standards. Work with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information. Work within a team setting and/or under guidance. Alternatively: executing routine but complex analysis. Requirements Bachelor’s engineering degree. Proven experience in well stimulation operations (minimum 2–3 years). Strong knowledge of stimulation fluids, pumping equipment, and downhole tools. Familiarity with software for stimulation design and data analysis. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in remote locations. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
