- Ajudará a definir a visão de produto, estratégia, oportunidades e soluções alinhadas com a estratégia do cliente.
- Setar os Product Input Metrics da sua squad e realizar o acompanhamento das mesmas.
- Diagnosticará problemas e oportunidades através de dados quantitativos/ Input Metrics e/ou dados qualitativos/ discoveries.
- Transformará hipóteses de problema/ oportunidades em hipóteses de solução/experimentos para realizar testes rápidos.
- Escreverá estórias de usuários, criando e gerenciando o backlog do produto.
- Alinhará priorização e expectativas com todas as partes interessadas para construção do roadmap de produto e backlog do time.
- Será responsável por comunicar de forma clara os resultados e a evolução do produto para stakeholders e times.
