Business Development Representative - Lead Generation Location: Mogi Guaçu, São Paulo, Brazil. Remote work is possible. About LGH Lead Generation Hub (LGH) connects top-tier talent with growing U.S. companies by building high-quality pipelines. Our process is intelligent, results-driven, and BS-free. We evaluate candidates rigorously through interviews and practical tests to measure outbound ability. What you will do You will work remotely as a full-time or part-time Business Development Representative for U.S. companies. Focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers through outbound outreach—cold calling, social media, and email. You will also run weekly pipeline reviews with clients and bring your own tactics to improve the process. Qualifications Advanced English: cold‑calling and selling in English daily. Experience cold‑calling prospects outside Brazil/LATAM, preferably U.S. companies. Proficiency in B2B outbound lead generation techniques with a results‑oriented mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with good time management. Strong research and analytical skills for identifying and qualifying high‑value leads. Proficiency with CRM software and lead management tools. Nice‑to‑have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Core Qualifications (Social & Resilience) Can you talk to anyone at a social event while enjoying it? Can you handle rejection all day and still pick up the phone with energy on the next call? Can you sit in front of your computer and make calls, one after another, for hours? Interview Steps Recruiter interview at LGH. Panel interview with LGH leadership. Speak to a sales psychologist (if necessary). Paid practical assessment: Build a live pipeline for a real LGH client ($7 USD / hour, ~2 hours).
