**About the Team**:
**_ The Project Management Office team is responsible for structuring and monitoring all Shopee_**
**_ Express (SPX) projects to attend buyers, sellers, logistics partners, and Shopee's needs. Our_**
**_ team is in charge of the new services centers, last-mile hubs, and internal projects of SPX._**
**_ We are responsible for managing demands from different teams and stakeholders,_**
**_ considering those demands with an analytical and strategic view to plan, develop and_**
**_ continuously improve Shopee Express' operations. Our goal is to plan, align and guarantee_**
**_ the best scenario for each project._**
- Lead and manage high-impact project end to end that interfaces with multiple
- departments
- Establish project metrics and timelines and ensure clear communication to ground
- operations by driving execution at the ground level to ensure project feasibility and
- success
- Coordinate across functional departments to ensure a smooth launch of Hub Openings
- Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
- Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping internal and external
- stakeholders
- Work with function stakeholders to lead and drive projects that enable business
- improvement and transformation
- Act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant
- third parties
- Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues
- Identify any risks regarding changes and develop a strategy to overcome or address
- them
- Implement any changes sensitively and with mínimal disruption
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Fluent English
- High proficiency in MS Excel (or Google Sheets), MS Project, or other similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective working in a fast-paced and fluid environment that requires strong ownership and
- ability to prioritize
- Ability to develop strong relationships within the company and with third parties
