DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Auxiliar a supervisão no planejamento e controle da execução das atividades operacionais dos First Mile Hubs;
- Acompanhamento diário do planejamento operacional (Volume, coletas, LH);
- Desvios operacionais (Visão de problemas com pacotes na operação, "Tratativas");
- Análise da capacidade de processamento (Tempo recebimento, Produtividade H.H);
- Análise e controle do inventário;
- Apoio nas aberturas de novas operações;
- Aplicação de treinamentos e padronização de processos operacionais;
- Atuar com as áreas de interface na busca de soluções para desvios operacionais;
- Identificar, priorizar, e executar projetos de melhorias, através da utilização de ferramentas de controle e gestão de projetos;
- Capacidade analítica para diagnosticar melhorias de processo, negociação e de trabalho em equipe;
- Ter disponibilidade para atuação em diferentes turnos.
**Requirements**:
- Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Engenharia, Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas;- Pacote Office Avançado; Ferramentas Google.- Inglês básico.- Experiência mínima na função Experiência prévia como Analista, operações logísticas e melhorias contínuas.- Diferencial Conhecimento em ferramentas de melhoria contínua, Lean manufacturing, Certificação em Lean 6 Sigma,- Power BI e e-commerce.
