The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Analisar o não atingimento dos KPIs e identificar a causa raiz de não atendimento dos SLA a nível regional;
- Realizar o levantamento dos pedidos à serem roteirizados (Pedidos Novos, Insucessos D-1, Pedidos não calculados e etc.) e seus
- status atuais conforme o prazo;- Realizar o handover do Line Haul no SPX, ou seja, realizar o recebimento sistêmico das TOs enviados pelo SOC ao HUB LM, o que
- altera o status sistêmico dos pedidos de SOC_Transporting para SOC_Transported, se possível antes de roteirizar os pedidos;- Planejar a visita em startups, garantindo as boas práticas de acordo com o processo operacional padrão, instrução de trabalho,
- formulários e guideline com foco no processo de roteirização;- Planejar junto ao time operacional a aplicação e reciclagem de treinamentos de roteirização;
- Realizar sempre que necessário a análise e confirmação de processos;
- Aplicar treinamento pertinente às atividades operacionais;
- Realizar relatórios operacionais;
- Analisar indicadores de desempenho;
- Realizar as tratativas dos pacotes com divergência para serem roteirizados.
**Requirements**:
- Ensino Médio completo.
- Superior Completo ou Cursando será diferencial (Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas).
- Conhecimento intermediário em pacote Microsoft Office.
