The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
**About the Team**:
- Controlar as operações logísticas não que se referem a processamento e avarias de pacotes, inventário, roteirização e gestão de frota (terceira e própria), garantindo os KPI's operacionais dentro de especificações e em caso de desvios, gerar ações corretivas e preventivas para tratamento dessas anomalias.- Elaborar e acompanhar os indicadores dos processos de controle da operação, frota terceira e própria, roteirização, inventário e logística reversa, garantindo sua estabilidade e contribuindo para a identificação de possíveis falhas e de pontos de melhoria.
- Garantir que o planejamento operacional seja seguido, fazendo uso dos planos de reação para direcionar o time e garantir que os impactos na cadeia logística sejam minimizados.
- Realizar preenchimento e checagem das planilhas operacionais.
- Realizar o controle operacional nas atividades externas do SoC ou HUB (Filas, Tempo Interno, Slot de Recebimento, Share, VolumeInbound).
- Realizar o levantamento dos pedidos à serem roteirizados (Pedidos Novos, Insucessos D-1, Pedidos não calculados e etc.) e seus status atuais conforme o prazo.
- Planejar junto ao time operacional a aplicação e reciclagem de treinamentos de roteirização.
**Requirements**:
- Ensino Médio completo.
- Superior Completo ou Cursando será diferencial (Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas).
- Conhecimento intermediário em pacote Microsoft Office.
- Desejável conhecimento em ferramentas como Kaizen, PDCA, 5S e Routeasy.
