The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Realizar o controle e monitoramento ao vivo das atividades dentro do cross docking, garantindo os KPI's operacionais dentro de especificações em caso de desvios;
- Gerar ações corretivas e preventivas para tratamento destas anomalias;
- Acompanhamento dos indicadores de controle de processo, garantindo sua estabilidade e contribuindo para a identificação de possíveis falhas e de pontos de melhoria;
- Garantir que o planejamento operacional seja seguido, fazendo uso dos planos de reação para direcionar o time e garantir que os impactos na cadeia logística sejam minimizados;
- Garantir que os desvios encontrados durante o processo sejam devidamente informados e acompanhar a tratativa dos mesmos, para evitar recorrências;
- Realizar preenchimento e checagem das planilhas operacionais Controle operacional nas atividades externas do SoC (Filas, Tempo Interno, Slot de Recebimento, Share, Volume Inbound);
- Realizar o controle operacional nas atividades internas do SoC (Produção, Produtividade, Share, Balanceamento de Estações, Outbound, PA's, Pla.
**Requirements**:
- Excel em nível intermediário;
- Desejável experiência prévia com logística;
- Ensino superior desejável em Engenharia, Logística, Administração ou áreas similares.
