Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

- **Qual será a sua missão**
Responsável pelo acompanhamento e visibilidade da performance operacional.**Como será o seu dia a dia**
- Reportar painel dashboard com status atualizado de acordo com frequência estabelecida;
- Alimentar quadros de controles diários da operação, garantindo a acuracidade dos dados;
- Garantir execução de processos administrativos conforme o desenho operacional, reportando eventuais falhas para correção;
- Desenvolver os indicadores de processo a partir dos bancos de dados disponíveis, visando garantir uma boa performance operacional (performance, custo e qualidade);
- Garantir o monitoramento dos processos através das análises de KPIs com o time operacional, utilizando sistemas e/ou relatórios;
- Apoiar a liderança nas tratativas dos desvios e acompanhamento do desempenho operacional;
- Alimentar planilhas para reuniões periódicas pertinentes da área com os dados e resultados de KPIs.
