Estimator and Preconstruction Specialist Role The ideal candidate will have expertise in preconstruction processes, including takeoff/estimation, bid management, and qualification/risk management. The successful Estimator and Preconstruction Specialist will also be responsible for conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the construction industry. Additionally, they will serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights and guidance to our development team on best practices related to preconstruction software and workflows. Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales teams to win new business and onboard customers to our platform. Provide training, support, and guidance to customers in adopting and maximizing the use of our software solutions. Represent us at industry events, conferences, and webinars to share knowledge and network with professionals in the field.
